How do your apparel fit?

In our efforts to provide you with the best possible products  in quality and cost we utilize multiple vendors.  Having said that,  we try to list with each product where sizes may run lager or smaller than normal.

Do you offer custom colors?

We're always open to expanding our product line and routinely seek feedback from you.  If you're looking for a particular color for your favorite product, contact us and let's see how we can accommodate.

What if the item I want isn’t in my size?

If you're really interested in something you see on our site but can't find it in your size, contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist. 

Can I get a particular design in another product?

Some designs were made specifically for certain products, however we are more than happy to explore options to accommodate.  Contact us, we'd love to talk to you.

 

Orders and Shipping

What is the status of my order? 

Once your transaction (order) is complete, a tracking number will be issued and sent to the email address entered during the checkout process.   Once you have received your tracking number you can keep tabs on the estimated time of arrival of your product.

Should you have any issues or have not received your tracking number, please contact us at your earliest convenience for assistance.

 What if I want to change or cancel my order?

In our efforts to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, all orders once sent to production cannot have any details edited neither can you cancel the order.  Please be sure to confirm the details of your order prior to checkout.

Why haven’t I received my tracking number yet?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is determined based on your location during checkout.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Production times vary and shipping takes into account where the item will be shipped. 

Returns and Exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

We get it, things happen.  We appreciate you making a purchase with us and while we we do everything in our control to provide you with a great product, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.    You can find our return/exchange policy here.

When can I expect my refund?

In the unfortunate circumstance where a refund is requested, once your item is returned, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.  Please let us know where you have questions, we'll be happy to assist.
